ALL HOUSING ACCOUNT


Would you like to subscribe to the cleaning service in the Denis Reille residence?

SGLE offers you 3 offers:

  • Initial Package*: 1 passage per month for €20/month
  • Comfort Package*: 2 passages per month for €35/month
  • Exceptional passage (30€ per intervention)

    Cleaning includes: bathroom, window, office, floor of the accommodation.
    The products are included in the service.

Terms :

* Minimum subscription commitment for the “Initial” and “Comfort” Packages of 3 months.

After the minimum subscription commitment, it is possible to cancel your subscription by giving one month's notice (by email to the address: logement@all-lacatho.fr). If you give notice for your accommodation, it will cancel your subscription to the cleaning package.

You can subscribe to a package or an exceptional passage from the start of your rental contract.

Duration of the “Initial” and “Comfort” Packages: 10 months maximum (until June 30 of the academic year).

No passage possible during the July/August period.

It is important to notify at least 48 hours in advance for an exceptional passage.

Before the service, the tenant must:
- Clear things from your desk, sink, bathroom shelf
- Make the floor accessible (put the mats higher, etc.)

If the tenant does not prepare his accommodation before the intervention, the maintenance agent reserves the right not to clean the accommodation on the scheduled date (supporting photo).

Any request does not automatically result in a change of accommodation or residence
It depends on availability.

We do not give a deadline for changing accommodation (it depends on availability, cleaning, work, etc.)
If we contact you about your change of accommodation, you will have 48 hours to confirm by email. Here is the information you need to know:
  • Change costs: €150 (includes administrative changes, cleaning your old accommodation after your departure, inventory of your old accommodation, etc.)
  • No notice is required
  • You will need to make an appointment to carry out an inventory of your old accommodation
  • The moving time between your two accommodations will be 3 days after you receive your new keys
  • You will need to drop off the key(s) and your accommodation card directly to the accommodation service.
 
Inventory :
The inventory of your old accommodation will be carried out without your presence (we will come back to you if necessary). A new inventory is available on your resident web account, and must be completed within 10 days.

Cleaning and procedures:
- The accommodation must be cleaned, clean and emptied of all personal belongings BEFORE the inventory
(fridge defrosted and unplugged, baseboards dusted, surfaces cleaned: table, desk, sink, toilet, shower, drawers, etc. non-exhaustive list. .. )
- All keys and my card must be returned
- The contents of the mailbox and the change of address must be done in advance
- Only for Saint Omer, Denis Reille, Saint Claude and Saint Luc residences:
opening or closing a meter, with an electricity supplier.

MONTHLY FEES AND DEPOSIT:
Rent, charges, and services will be prorated according to the contract end date.
Please note: the date of the move-out inspection (état des lieux) does not serve as the contract end date.

Deposit refund: send your bank details (RIB) to compta@all-lacatho.fr (unless you pay your rent by direct debit). The refund will be processed one month after the contract end date (subject to conditions).

MOVE-OUT INSPECTION (ÉTAT DES LIEUX): Two options

  • Renunce (conducted without your presence) – this is the recommended option for more flexibility when leaving.
    Go to your tenant portal, under the "Requests" tab, and select "Waive attendance".

To return your keys and access card (choose one):

  • If the Housing Office is open (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): drop them off in an envelope or bag with your full name.
  • If the Housing Office is closed: leave them in your desk drawer.
    We will collect them as soon as possible. Send an email to edl@all-lacatho.fr to confirm where you've left them.
  • By appointment (in your presence): you must return your keys and access card during the inspection.
    Appointments available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (no inspections on weekends or public holidays). To schedule an appointment, email edl@all-lacatho.fr (include your full name, apartment number, residence, and phone number).

If you cannot attend your scheduled inspection, please notify us at least 24 business hours in advance by email.
If we come unnecessarily (e.g., the unit is not cleaned/emptied at the time of the inspection, or cancellation was not communicated), a fee of €43.32 will be charged.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE LEAVING YOUR APARTMENT:

  • Go through the cleaning checklist by clicking here (non-exhaustive list).
  • Turn off radiators, faucets, lights, etc.
  • Check your mailbox and arrange for mail forwarding (we do not keep mail for former residents).
  • For studios only: all dishes, utensils, blanket, and pillow must be returned in good condition (unstained, unchipped, unscratched). If anything is missing or damaged, you must replace it with an identical item.

CHARGES:
We reserve the right to deduct all or part of the deposit if the unit is not vacated and cleaned, or if its condition differs from the move-in inspection report.

Examples:

  • Furniture/items left behind: €100 removal fee
  • Mattress cover stained, marked, or torn: €50
  • Apartment cleaning: €43.32 per hour
  • Keys not returned (for apartment and/or mailbox): charged for the current month’s rent + cost of lock change
  • Access card not returned: €5 replacement fee
  • Any missing or unreplaced item will be charged
  • Router : €20 deposit will be withheld (please do not lend your router to another resident; it will be considered unreturned)

In case of significant damage to the apartment or furniture exceeding the deposit amount, additional charges will apply following an approved repair estimate.
Other charges that may be deducted are listed in the "repair flat rate" document.

END-OF-LEASE CERTIFICATE:
It will be sent after your contract end date.
You must send it to your insurer to cancel your renter’s insurance.

Renunciation allows you to leave outside office opening hours for more freedom (weekend, public holiday, etc.)

Here's how you can return the keys, your card and the router to us:
- If the Housing office is open (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): you can come and return your keys and card in an envelope or bag, with your first and last name

- If the Housing office is closed (on weekends, or outside office opening hours): you can leave the keys and your card in your desk drawer in your accommodation. We will get them back as quickly as possible.

In any case, you can opt for the option of your choice, but if you leave keys, card and router in your accommodation, you will have to send us an email to edl@all-lacatho.fr so that we can easily locate them .

If there is a problem in your accommodation, the person responsible for your inventory will contact you.

For studios only: dishes, utensils, blankets, pillows must be returned in good condition (not stained, not cracked, not scratched, etc.). In the event of damage or absence, they must be replaced identically by the resident.

Deposit: For reimbursement, send your RIB to: compta@all-lacatho.fr unless you have automatic rent debit. Reimbursement of the security deposit (for accommodation and router if borrowed) will be made 1 month after the end of the contract (subject to reservation). Le All reserves the right to deduct all or part if the accommodation is not empty and cleaned, or in the condition described on the incoming inventory. In the event of major deterioration of the accommodation and/or its furniture, the cost of which exceeds the amount of the security deposit, additional invoicing will be sent to the tenant after validation of a quote.

Prices:
You must refer to the “ deposit deduction” file in the “documents to download” tab.
(Stained, haloed or holed mattress cover, cleaning of the accommodation, Any replacement not carried out or missing item will result in an invoicing)

Billing examples:
- Unnecessary moving to do the inventory: €43.32
- Furniture/objects left in the accommodation: €100 clearing fee.
- Keys not returned (accommodation and/or mailbox): you will be billed for the change(s) of lock(s)
- Residence access card not returned: €5 for reproduction
- Router not returned: security deposit of €20 not refunded (please do not lend your router to another resident. The router would then be considered not returned.)

Terms:

- The bed is a folding extra bed supplied with bed linen.
- One bed per accommodation at a time

Prices:
- from Monday to Thursday: billing of €10 per night
- including a Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday: automatic billing of €30 (3 x €10).

Presence :
Your presence is not required, so you can be absent.

Someone from All will leave the bed in your accommodation on the scheduled date (Monday to Friday only) and pick it up on the scheduled end date (Monday to Friday only)

- Please do not validate a bed drop-off date during the weekend or on a public holiday
